This coffee is a nice medium to full bodied coffee with floral and citrus notes. The origins of coffee as we know it today began in Ethiopia. A shepherd noted his herd became quite energized after they consumed the cherries of a local tree. He tried the berries himself and had the same reaction, shared it with his town and from there coffee was born.
